| Amendments to CWA Local 4700 By-Laws were voted upon by members during our May 18, 2009 membership meetings concerning the structure of our local leadership. The amendments were passed unanimously by those in attendance. The leadership structure for CWA Local 4700 shall now be President, Executive Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, North Division Area Representative and South Division Area Representative. Those amendments concerning our local leadership structure were necessary to bring CWA Local 4700 into compliance with the CWA International Constitution.
Subsequently, nominations for those local offices were conducted by the election committee.
